Important TIP:

It is advisable to plan your trip at least 3 months ahead in order to avail seats on Druk Air the only airline that flies into Bhutan. It helps if you book early; it is not unusual for people visiting Bhutan to book their trip 1 year in advance. During the festival times, early confirmation helps to avail Druk air seats, in case of late confirmation it may not be possible to avail the Druk Air seats.
